A Reason For Everything

I once heard a story about a girl, she had a younger sister and a mother. Her mom did not like her, but she liked her younger sister. She sent the girl to the orphanage, but not the child's younger sister. She did not feel loved. Her mother did not love her. Her sister did not love her. And no one at the orphanage loved her. For many years she was at the orphanage, but one day a pastor came to talk to the kids there. He talked to them about God, and gave them all a Bible. The girl then realized there was someone who loved her. God. She was forgiven, and from that day forward she prayed. She prayed for someone to adopt her, but no one did. Short years after that she was eighteen and was told she can leave the orphanage. She got a job as a missionary. And met people who soon became her friends. She eventually got married and adopted kids.

Everything in life has a reason. You may not know it now, but soon God will show His reasons.

Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12:2

Place Your Life Before God

12 1-2 So here’s what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life—and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him. Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You’ll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you.

New Computer // It's Here!

Yep, that's right! My computer came about an hour in a half ago, so I'm still figuring it out, but so far I love it. Though the mouse bothers me but it's nothing that a plug-in mouse can't fix, right? :-) But other than that (and a few other things I have to get used to) I love it! :-)

NEW COMPUTER! And other exciting news!

Guess what! I'm getting a new computer!! Wahoo!! :-) I've been waiting a little over a year to get a new computer (or to get my old one fixed), so I'm super excited! But that's not the only exciting thing that's going on, I got a job! Well, sort of. I got hired by two neighbors for a babysitting job (three dollars per hour/per child). I can't wait to get started (and meet there kids). :-) The one family has one boy who is 2.5 years old, and the other has three kids; 10girl-8ish girl-2ish boy. I'M SOOO HAPPY! :-)

 I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.
 Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us,  to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen. Ephesians 3:16-21

as soon as our world has begin,

All those gathered here will know that it is not by sword or spear that the Lord saves; for the battle is the Lord’s, and he will give all of you into our hands. 1 Samuel 17:47

 But if only we knew,
what we do
goes on record forever.
If we got along,
if we worked together we'd be strong,
because at that moment we'd know,
God is the true strength and He is what sews us together.

The way a sinful person thinks leads to death. But the mind controlled by the Spirit brings life and peace. Romans 8:6

If only they knew,
what they could do,
if we all worked together to spread Your Word!
